- Recognised Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
- Min 8 years’ experience in water and/or wastewater first principles hydraulic calculations including some experience with all of:
- Open Channel Hydraulics
- Pipeline Hydraulics (pumped and gravity)
- Civil treatment plant design (e.g. modifications to layout to improve throughput, screening design, new unit design etc.)
- Other hydraulic design experience preferable, for example any of:
- Surge modelling
- Spatially varied hydraulics
- Water Balance modelling
- Network hydraulic modelling
