Agents will do cold calling and warm calling leads. Agents will do outbound calls to businesses/clients. Managing contracts, price quotation Do a follow-up through calls and emails. Managing files of leads Utilize tools like Salesforce, MS Office, and other client specific tools A BIT ABOUT YOU Sales experience background (Inbound and Outbound) / Experience in doing sales pitch. Good comms (Both Verbal and Written) BPO experience of at least 1 year Candidates must be willing to work On-site (Ortigas)
