Responsibilities
- Enhance and retouch images to fit the needs and standards of our clients
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize design concepts and proposals for clients' marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques related to photo retouching, editing, and manipulation
- Organize and manage photo libraries and files to ensure easy accessibility for the creative teams
- Communicate with clients and interpret their specific needs and requirements for photo editing and retouching projects
- Meet tight deadlines while ensuring the quality and accuracy of each edited or retouched image
- Establish and maintain standard procedures and practices for efficient and effective photo editing and retouching processes
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience in photo editing and retouching
- High proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other related tools
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing your work in photo editing and retouching
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of coloring, lighting, composition, and photo manipulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different teams and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A degree in Fine Arts, Photography, Multimedia Arts, or any relevant field is a plus.
