The Role:
- Responsible for Configuration and Implementation of different products using Glams Interchange Platform to Data’s customers
- Work with a Business Analyst and Project Manager who will lead the overall implementation project. This requires a person who is analytical, detail orientated, can solve problems quickly and effectively and is confident in client facing situations
- This is a key role in the successful delivery of product into the client's high profile and ever-expanding customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understanding Platform and implementing different products as per customer requirements
- Reviewing client User Requirement Specifications and translating those into product requirements
- Understanding process workflows and providing workaround solutions when software needs are not met
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their goals, strategies, constraints and using this understanding to collaborate effectively with them
- Work internally to configure the software to meet customer requirements and present the configured system back to Business Analysts and customers alike
- Collaborate iteratively with Business Analysts to define a solution design, working through different scenarios, looking critically at different options and ultimately to a final design
- Work on Validation deliverables, including creation of test scripts, document reviews, configuration testing, configuration verification, run configuration comparisons and supporting user acceptance testing
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on ensuring that scope is adhered to
- Through client engagements, identify new features that platform does not currently offer and will be of benefit to our customers
- Supporting continuous improvement program, always looking at how the organisation can improve on process, delivery, and service to our customers
- Support and troubleshoot configurations to aid root cause analysis and provide solution
