As a Managed Services Engineer, you will be involved in working with the client’s SMB and Commercial customers across all industries. Specific focus points for this role include (but aren’t limited to) DMARC Analyser.
You will continuously work with customers environments to support and optimise the Company’s products to a high standard to achieve the best customer satisfaction scores. While supporting customers, engage with various internal teams to ensure that technical challenges are handled quickly and appropriately.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and professional individual with in-depth technical abilities as well as commercial acumen and relationship building skills for both internal and external application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with implementing the client's services, with a specific emphasis on DMARC Analyzer thru regular scheduled meetings
- Provide adhoc support for local and global inbound onboarding queries
- Escalation and tracking of issues raised with the client's Engineering Support team
- Recognize upsell opportunities for additional products and services
- Engage with cross functional teams to meet customer’s needs
- Form part of customer’s culture of constant improvement by providing critical thought on process, policy and product enhancements
- Provide a stellar first impression for customers
