●Responsible for verifying and qualifying potential business leads generated by our marketing campaigns and other sources. This position is critical in ensuring that our sales team focuses their efforts on potential customers who are business purchasers.
● Inbound calls from potential customers to maximize reservations and rentals in an expert consultative approach
● Provide professional, prompt, and friendly support to leads.
● Resolve the majority of sales inquiries and escalate other high-level inquiries to senior staff members or management
● Maintain Sales monthly KPIs
● Perform administrative and data entry tasks meticulously to ensure systems are updated
