Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing communications or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience with digital marketing technologies, marketing automation, digital advertising and engaging content production (newsletters, long & short form blogs, social media posts etc.)
  • Previous experience in working for a technology company or SaaS is a must
  • Be able to gather technical knowledge from our SME’s and deliver simple and digestible chunks of information to the market to drive engagement in our USP
  • Proven experiencing in copywriting for digital channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should have experience working in the IT industry to drive co-branding marketing campaigns on vendor products, solution and services. For example, we are a medium sized Microsoft Partner and often use the assets they create in the Microsoft Partner Centre to promote products and services. Therefore, the role needs to drive marketing activity in order to build trust with the market, explain the value of the products and services and ultimately increase our marketing footprint in order to generate sales leads and nurture those leads through customer journeys aligned to the personas they define.
  • The role needs to co-ordinate various Product Marketing functions with the aim of building trust with the market.
  • The role must also research relevant industries where the product & solutions we implement.
  • The person must also be able to work with a website developer and social media agency to drive marketing activity.
  • The role also needs to be able to create the appropriate marketing collateral to assist with the conversion of sales. For example, they needs to help create brochures, infographics, proposal templates, help manage creative agencies to create solution videos and just about any marketing asset which assists with the conversion into a sale for the leads they generate.
  • Develop an annual communications calendar
  • Worked with clients to develop case studies and testimonials as well as owning and managing regular newsletters to contact base
  • Used modern marketing and AI tools to generate campaign content and creatives - Content creation for website landing pages, blogs and social media
  • Monitor and manage media mentions and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders both internal and external
  • Either hands on, or deep experience in content creation, web design technologies, website maintenance and graphic design as well as HTML, CMS, EDM & web analytics skills across digital channel
  • Skills in utilising social media platforms for regularly blogging and drive Calls to Action
  • Ensure web presence is optimised through investment in SEO, AdWords & Pay per Click - Grow followers and increase engagement across our social media channels
  • Partner with industry leading vendors to comarketing activities
  • Managing special projects with strategic partners - Coordinating special events such as information sessions, trade show booths, lunch ‘n’ learns, webinars, breakfast meetings etc
  • Oversee video or content production projects
  • Skills in creating and managing EDM’s
  • Effectively communicate the various USP’s of our services portfolio
  • Comfortable in using Google Analytics
