RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Email Marketing Specialist for Finance, you will be responsible for creating engaging financial newsletters. Your tasks will include:
Newsletter Creation:
- Write 5 financial newsletters per week based on provided outlines.
- Fill in content gaps with well-researched and relevant information.
- Ensure newsletters align with established style, fonts, images, and tone.
Content Generation:
- Generate, research, and pitch ideas for newsletter posts.
- Stay updated with the latest financial developments and trends to incorporate into content.
Editing and Publishing:
- Edit and proofread content to deliver clear, concise, and error-free newsletters.
- Publish newsletters on schedule and in accordance with established deadlines.
Consistency Maintenance:
- Ensure all-around consistency in newsletters, maintaining a cohesive style and tone.
Promotion:
- Promote newsletters through appropriate channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest financial developments and trends.
- 2-3 years of experience as a content writer/email marketing specialist.
- Demonstrated experience as a content writer or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing skills.
- Familiarity with producing online content and a keen eye for detail
- A sound understanding of financial concepts and market trends.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, respond, and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively collaborate with team members and convey complex financial information to a broader audience.
