Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media platforms and long-form content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative.
- Understand and implement best practices for optimizing videos across various social media platforms, including aspect ratios, video lengths, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for video content that aligns with the brand.
- Maintain a high standard of video quality, paying attention to details such as color grading, sound design, and overall visual appeal.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver by the deadline, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing software and AI tools, and keep up-to-date on new social media features + upcoming trends.
- Be able to accept constructive feedback from team members or clients to refine and improve video content without hesitation.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured file system for video assets to allow for easy collaboration among team members.
- Add value to meetings by coming prepared with updates, tips or tools, and ideas for social media + YouTube videos
