  • New Client On-boarding: Efficiently onboard new clients and set up their accounts, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Manage the billing and invoicing process for all clients, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and oversee conversion tracking for all projects to measure and optimize performance.
  • Call Tracking: Set up and maintain call tracking systems for all projects to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and update client reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights into project progress and outcomes.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the production of new projects, ensuring they are launched on time and within established parameters.
  • Software Maintenance: Maintain and update internal tools and software systems with current data, ensuring operational efficiency
