The role

You will be responsible for executing email (eDM) campaigns and launching new communication channels in our key markets, ensuring that our subscribers are engaged as part of the Love, Bonito community. Reporting into the Senior Customer Communications Executive, you will play a key role in communicating with our customers and building a community of empowered women around the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Under the Integrated Marketing team, drive the global digital marketing communications calendar through all newsletter eDMs for all countries
  • Improve and optimise eDM metrics and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance
  • Performance tracking: Report performance of eDMs and share key learnings to be applied to similar markets
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing to ensure segments, content, frequency, and timing of eDMs are optimised
  • Collaborate with product team to implement and track performance of new email features
  • Work with CRM & Loyalty team to build segmentation strategy for newsletter eDMs for campaigns
  • Support Integrated Marketing team in working with countries and set new rituals to ensure that local campaigns have eDM content corresponding to the country's marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer marketing marketing touchpoints are aligned, such as website banners, during campaigns
  • Be the main internal point of contact for contact management, segment management, and email creation on Emarsys 
  • Research competitors and their eDM strategies to find the growth opportunities
  • Launch weekly and campaign newsletter eDMs for SG MY AU ROW: create segments, build email campaign on Emarsys, schedule emails
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with promotional and behavioural eDMs
  • Experience working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in e-commerce and fashion
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Comfortable working with data and data analytics tools
  • Track record of strong stakeholder engagement and communication finesse
  • Proactive and ready to jump in hands-on when required
