Responsibilities:

·         Follow-up with marketing provided client leads in a timely manner.

·         Presenting ConnectOS’ offering to prospective clients via MS Teams or Zoom.

·         Populates and maintains a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.

·         Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quota objectives.

·         Develop understanding of resource requirements for specific industry verticals.

·         Develop understanding on ConnectOS value add services and able to express to prospect clients.

·         Remains current to market trends and competitor offerings

·         Provides regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges.

·         Active on social applications promoting ConnectOS services.

·         Action client escalations relating to ConnectOS services as needed.

·         Coordinate client recruitment activities as needed.

 

 

·         5+ years B2B sales experience

·         2+ years of EMEA sales experience

·         Must have proven track record of success in achieving quota as a direct sales individual contributor.

·         Solutions oriented mindset and skilled in prospecting into new clients and new buyers

·         Advanced sales presentation skills, demonstrated ability to deliver a compelling value proposition to prospective clients and senior stakeholders.

·         Ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion.

·         Excellent written and spoken English.

·         Strong interpersonal and business consulting skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·         BPO, Staff Leasing or relevant sales experience a plus.

·         Experience selling RPO services a plus.

·         Experience using CRM and various sales applications.
