Position: Digital Marketing Associate

Work Hours (MNL): Flexible except M-F 11:30 PM-12:00 AM Manila Time

Holidays: PH Holidays plus a week off for Christmas      

Pay Range: $ 900 - 1,200 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Scope of Work:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in elevating the company's online presence and expanding our customer base. Collaborating with the founder, you will drive our marketing strategy and establish him as a thought leader among parents of gifted children who value education. As the ideal candidate, you possess outstanding SEO skills, a keen understanding of social media marketing, and the ability to implement effective marketing systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - As the SEO expert, you will lead efforts to enhance our online visibility and organic traffic. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Implementing link-building strategies through pillar articles and guest posts.
2. Conducting comprehensive on-page site audits to optimize performance.
3. Identifying and executing effective keyword research and SEO strategies.
2. Social Media Management - You will oversee our social media presence and engagement. Your tasks will include:
1. Researching and curating compelling content ideas to boost audience engagement.
2. Managing the content creation schedule and maintaining a backlog of engaging content.
3. Crafting captivating posts for Twitter and LinkedIn to reach our target audience.
4. Engaging with content from other influencers to expand our network.
3. Outreach and Networking - Collaborating with the founder and the team, you will spearhead our outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Initiating outreach to secure valuable links and guest post opportunities.
2. Pursuing opportunities for the founder to be featured as a guest on relevant podcasts.
3. Increasing awareness among CS teachers, college counselors, and other key stakeholders.
4. Email Marketing - Working closely with the founder, you will develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns. Your duties will include:
1. Creating and managing engaging monthly newsletters to keep our audience informed.
2. Conducting an audit and optimizing the new sign-up flow to improve conversion rates.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing and outreach
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM.
• Experience in Email Marketing.
• Experience in social media marketing strategies, with a focus on driving engagement.
• Decisive in content strategy and effective communication with the team to maintain a content backlog.
• Proficient in creating systems to track and measure marketing efforts and results.
• Willingness to explore and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.
• Genuine interest in education, with some knowledge of coding or a strong willingness to learn about the space.
• Good communication skills

Ideal:

• Experience in educational marketing to parents.
• Experience with email outreach tools and AI-driven marketing tools.
