Apt Resources, a dynamic and fast-growing HR consultancy firm, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Office Assistant/Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both administrative tasks and recruiting efforts within our company.

As the Office Assistant/Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing support to our team members and assisting in basic recruiting procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while also contributing to our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist in basic recruiting procedures, including screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Support the recruitment team in job advertising and posting
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles
  • Experience or interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or HR are a plus

Php 11,000 to 15,000 plus incentives
