Position: Construction Estimator
Schedule: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays from 8PM to 5AM PHT
Salary Range: $900 - $1800/monthly
Responsibilities:
- Conducting accurate and detailed takeoffs from construction plans
- Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Working closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate project specifications
- Analyzing and selecting the most cost-effective solutions and materials
- Preparing and submitting bid proposals
- Reviewing subcontractor quotes and negotiating pricing
- Monitoring project costs and budgets
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction estimator
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and documents
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Quickbooks Online
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software
