Position : Accounting and Client Support Specialist
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Flexibility but with at least 4 hours overlap
Salary Range : $1500-$2000
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance for both the company and its clients.
- Processing and reviewing accounts payable invoices post-AI tool processing.
- Handling and resolving client support inquiries regarding accounting and invoice processing.
- Collaborating with the AI tool development team to enhance tool effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Performing regular audits and preparing financial reports and statements.
- Implementing and adapting to new accounting procedures and systems.
- Ensuring top-notch client service, maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Online and any accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI processing tools in finance is preferred.
- Experience in a client support role is a plus.
