Duties include but are not limited to:
Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing capability per processes. Provides weekly schedule based on master production schedule and monitors work in process in line with the released work order and weekly production schedule. Expedites operations causing delays and adjust schedule due to unforeseen condition to stay on track to meet the target and due dates.
Ensures materials availability and analyzes to optimize the right raw materials at the right time.
Plans, schedules and monitor material movement in production to ensure continuous operations.
Addresses customer queries and concerns in a timely fashion.
Develops process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.
Determines manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
Schedules shift according to production needs
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
At least 2 years planning experience in Manufacturing Industry
Outstanding knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Business and Digital Savvy
Excellent communication abilities
