What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in Sales – telesales, B2B, field sales, etc.
- High level of demonstrable persuasion, negotiation skills & English communication skills
- Enthusiasm, willingness & aptitude to learn & develop a career
Nice to Have:
- Background in lighting industry
- Experience handling AU clients
- Previous experience in outbound calling
What will you do?
- Account Management – building rapport with an existing client base, up-selling & cross selling to drive retention & sales growth
- Sales Acquisition – outbound calling, lead generation and business development
- Processing orders & credits
