Working Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range: $800-$15000/month
About the Company
The client's company is a fractional chief of staff agency designed to manage start-up founders' time and team.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to understand client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
2. Research:
- Conduct market research and gather relevant information to support client projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
3. Administrative Support:
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks for clients, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documentation.
- Assist in maintaining organized client files and records.
4. Project Management:
- Support the planning and execution of client projects.
- Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Slack and Notion is preferred
- Proven experience in executive support, administration, or project management is a must
- A genuine passion for contributing to the success of startup founders and executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Decision-making skills
- Great problem-solving skills with efficiency
- Can work independently
- Consumer Goods / CPG experience or familiarity is a PLUS
