YOUR MISSION
The Manager – Partner Retail will strategically manage and promote sales culture within the given partner stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA’s Partner Store to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world. This position also expected to execute business development activities that support PUMA’s core values, achieve set objectives, and promote PUMA brand standards. The main key areas of responsibilities as below:
1. Responsible for ensuring that sales target give for the year is achieved across the partner stores
2. Managing the partners in terms of store operations, taking care of their financial account management by measuring their account receivables and payables
3. Responsible for ensure that the store KPIs are maintained
4. Maintaining the stores as per PUMA Standard operations
5. Evaluation of sites for opening new stores for the purpose of the business development in the new territories
6. Maintaining checklists in store to measure
7. Making sure partner store teams are in sync with PUMA SOP
8. Maximize the business & sales through partner stores
YOUR TALENT
Education:
University degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.

MS Excel - Advanced
PowerPoint: Advanced
Professional:
Functional: Minimum 5 years retail operations / Partner Store experience and 2-3 years from a similar position with a Global Brand in a customer service oriented environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor)
Language Skills:
English (Business Level)
Local Language (Business Level)
Leadership: minimum 2 years of managerial experience. Experience in managing Mutiple stores required.
