Position: Marketing Assistant

Working Hours: Central Standard Time preferred

Holidays: TBD

Salary Range: up to USD 1,500/month (TBD)

About the Company:

An investment company managing a well-diversified portfolio spanning various industries. Investment interests encompass software, manufacturing, information technology, food and beverage, retail, commercial real estate, packaged goods, etc. While maintaining an industry-agnostic approach, the primary focus revolves around control acquisitions within the realms of services, technology, distribution, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work ad hoc on projects with our consultants and vendors - that could be:
  • Helping create and design emails
  • Load and send newsletters through Convertkit
  • Help design basic graphics in Canva
  • We will provide guidance on posting requirements and schedule as well as the creative if you can own simply making it live on all platforms (posting on Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Social editing
  • Writing good captions / making small edits to social posts
  • Social media calendar management is possible.
  • Monitoring 2-3 email inboxes to capture and respond to both client requests and other inquiries and schedule/set appointments with clients and leads who reply in the inboxes.
  • Manage calendar including client meetings, sales calls, meetings, travel, etc.
  • Other misc. online administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience using ConvertKitĀ 
  • Social media experience
