About the job:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to contribute to various administrative functions within our marketing department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scheduling social media posts, ensuring the smooth operation of social media ad campaigns, collecting and organizing statistics from various platforms, formatting blog posts using WordPress, and handling additional tasks as required. As a crucial member of our team, the Marketing Assistant will wear multiple hats and actively participate in diverse aspects of our marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule social media posts by copying and pasting content from a database into scheduling software, and attaching relevant images.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functionality of social media ad campaigns.
- Gather statistics from various social media platforms and input them into tracking spreadsheets for analysis.
- Format blog posts using WordPress for optimal presentation and user engagement.
- Undertake various other tasks as needed within the marketing department.
- Wear multiple hats and actively participate in different facets of the marketing department.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant.
- Proficient in following instructions.
- Hands-on experience in formatting blog posts using WordPress.
- Great attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in social media marketing and management.
