Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages the team and come up with new ideas on maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person
- Delegate work as necessary
- Will do productive and administrative work
- Handles customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 6 months experience as a Team Lead
- Has email support experience
- A background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plus
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
- Willing to work on site - Makati
