ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring for a Proposal and Bid Support to support an Australian client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proposal/content writing (with a guide from previous examples/template).
- Data entry/template filling for proposal.
- Manage the business proposal writing and developing content for clients.
- Manage CRM database, online research and business development.
- Administrative support like data entry and research
- Support in business development
- Creates Powerpoint presentations, diagrams and process visualisations.
Your application will be processed through 5 ELK.
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with complex information
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience in the IT or software industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong research and analytical skills
