What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Knowledge of billing and collection policies and procedures
- Experience in the finance industry is preferred
What will you do?
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing and collection policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of billing and collection activities
- Provide regular reports on billing and collection metrics
