About the job:
We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to play a crucial role in our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and updating the gallery on our client's website, including the categorization of photos for upload. Additionally, they will be tasked with downloading files, optimizing them, and efficiently moving them to our Content Management System (CMS). The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a focus on internal content management to enhance our online presence and deliver a seamless user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Get product information from manufacturers
- Help organize content for internal use
- Updating the gallery on client's website (categorize photos to be uploaded)
- Download files, optimize, and move to CMS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing assistant or relevant role
- Familiar using Airtable, Hubspot, and Ahrefs is an advantage
- Comfortable in copy writing and creating content
- has hands-on experience creating a website
- Knowledgeable in SEO
