OPEN TO FILIPINO CITIZENS WHO ARE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position : Property Manager
Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM, EST
Pay Range : $ 900 - 1,200 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload maintenance requests
- Coordinate with their service team members and vendors
- Reach out to different local resources and list them in their CRM
- Getting references
- Invoicing
- Administrative tasks
- Level bids
- At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Proficient with Buildium, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Access to Google Voice (nice to have)
- Good Communication skills
