Join our dynamic influencer marketing team, where we connect brands with creative voices on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives on engaging with influencers and resolving their queries with efficiency and empathy.

Role Overview

In this role, you'll be the primary support for our network of influencers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. Your day-to-day will involve managing a high volume of communications and using available resources to solve problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with influencers, responding to emails and direct messages with clear, concise, and friendly communication
  • Independently address and resolve influencer inquiries, using available resources and information to find solutions
  • Efficiently categorize, prioritize, and manage influencer queries to ensure timely responses
  • Collect and relay influencer feedback to relevant teams to improve services and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Inform influencers about policies, procedures, and best practices to help them navigate our services
  • Collaborate with other teams to streamline communication and resolve complex issues
  • Strong writer with good English skills, capable of composing clear and engaging messages
  • Quick to identify and solve problems, making decisions with available information
  • Able to handle a high volume of communications efficiently, with an eye for detail
  • Understanding of influencers' needs and challenges, providing supportive and friendly assistance
  • At least 1 year of prior work experience in a customer support role, demonstrating an ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment, managing changing priorities effectively
  • Available to work during Central European Time (CET) hours, accommodating our global influencer network
