Responsibilities:
- Be the responsive voice behind the screen. Assist clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Your clarity and patience build trust.
- Decode intricate tax notices. Engage with tax agencies to resolve queries promptly. Our clients rely on your expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide essential financial reports to senior managers. Your data-driven insights guide our decisions.
- Handle payroll functions seamlessly. Accuracy matters—our employees depend on it.
- Review financial information quarterly and annually. Spot irregularities, propose solutions, and safeguard our fiscal health.
- Manage accounts and payment schedules. Your organizational prowess ensures seamless transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus!
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must!
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Willing to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time. (Graveyard shift in Philippine Time)
- Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
