About the Opportunity
The Program Administrator for Workstream 4 (W4, Impact Investing) is responsible for providing administrative support to activities undertaken by the Impact Investing team. They will work closely with W4’s key partners as well as IW’s Contracts and Procurement Team, HR and Office Services Team, and Short-Term Personnel Consultants.
The Program Administrator will:
- Support the implementation of the Impact Investing Strategy through partnerships.
- Liaise with the HR and Contracts & Procurement teams on STP engagements, procurement needs, partners, subcontractors, translators; follow through on contract creation, variation, closure, deliverables, and facilitation of payments.
- Proactively monitor partner compliance, performance, and risks, regularly reporting to line manager.
- In consultation with the Workstream Director and Technical Lead, develop and implement systems, tools, and/or templates to facilitate project management and monitoring.
- Manage the team’s record keeping, ensuring an efficient and effective system for storage and retrieval of files.
- Provide logistical support to team meetings and events.
- Contribute to the team’s reporting by providing input as necessary.
- Perform other relevant tasks for the team, as requested.
Employment type and duration:
- Employment type and location: A citizen role, but open to others who have legal right to work in country under a local compensation package. Based in Manila, Philippines.
- Duration: To 30 June 2027; anticipated to commence in April 2024.
