About the Role
This position is accountable for managing the systems and processes that support the Business Quality (BQ) framework.- Lead, develop and oversee delivery and implementation of BQ systems and IT- related projects (e.g. policy replacement automation, market conduct monitoring tool, early warning signs).
- Analyze and recommend improvements on the flow of various BQ processes.
- Design and pilot report templates and other monitoring tools to be used by the team.
- Create and maintain the BQ database.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
