Job Description
Focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement within Globe. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that aim to create a positive work environment and improve employee morale.Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct employee assessments and surveys to evaluate engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Plan and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Facilitate effective communication channels between employees and management, promoting open dialogue and feedback.
Collaborate with HR and management to identify training and development needs and organize relevant workshops or programs.
Track and analyze engagement metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align engagement strategies with organizational goals and objectives
