Job Description
Drives and orchestrates ALL E2E continuous process transformation (incl tactical and end-state) in parallel (aligned to) digital transformation across E2E customer journey enabled by E2E systems/ platforms esp fail-safe workflows (BCP); both front-end and backend (process & systems, i.e. Sales, IT, NTG)Champions cost and operational efficiency transformations across E2E supply chain, esp E2E Systems Health Checks (incl opport loss/costs)
Works closely with EA to ensure processes across supply chain are enabled
Data Accuracy (Data Cleansing & Data Management)
Propels key Projects as defined in the Strategy
KPIs: achievement business value
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish & execute transformation governance framework
- Build & maintain process, system & data inventory as a baseline & track against end state
- Define end state transformation program in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage and monitor status of initiative that are part of the transformation programs - from status monitoring, reporting, risks and escalation management until benefits realization
- Identify continuous improvement that will drive transformation through process reviews & data analysis
