Job Description
Design and continuously improve CX based on in-depth research centered on customer needs, preferences, and pain points through collabroating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of desired experience in a coheasive and consistent manner.Own end-to-end accountability of discovery & buy consumer prepaid products' lifecycle from ideation to refinement.
The product experience manager will be responsible for creating product strategies hinged on transforming customer experience focusing on the discover and buy episode. Some of the key day-to-day activities and responsibilities include:
- Define the product vision, ideate and create customer journeys/experience design/user stories addressing specific pain points affecting the discover and buy episode of prepaid customers
- Work with business/enabling teams to build and refine the requirements
- Work with design team to come up with UX/UI design that will enable the product vision and/or address the customer pain point
- Work with technical team to come up with the right solution to address the right problems
- Create business case to support proposed initiatives
- Product lifecycle management - making sure that intended outcomes are being met and gaps are identified and address as they are discovered
- Work closely with Channel Owner/Product Owner to prioritize and clarify requirements, making sure that the product is being built according to the experience design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or related experience in Business, Product Management, Technology (Computer Science, IT, MIS, IE, etc.)
- At least 5 years working experience, experience in Telco space a plus
