SR. EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Supervises daily activities of technicians to ensure that projects meet quality standards, deadlines and customer specifications. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Provides technical support and develops solutions for all application problems. Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations.
Responsible for Sputtering Improvement both Equipment and Process Improvement
About the job:
- Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team. (40%)
- Leads a team of technicians that assist engineers with design, development and modification of manufacturing equipment. Ensures that team work supports the ultimate goals of engineering team. (40%)
- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns. Acts as an escalation point of contact. (10%)
- Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews. (10%)
- Perform Sputtering Process Evaluation and Process Capability Improvements
- Would be the SME as far as Sputtering / Annealing Process is Concerns
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
- Education: Bachelors Degree of any Engineering Course (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, CoE, Etc..)
- Experience: Five to seven years of experience with at least 3 years at a supervisor level
- Supervisory skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
