Position: Virtual Front Desk Associate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time
Holidays: Off on 3 major holidays- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
Monthly Salary: up to USD 1,000/month

A virtual front desk associate role for a Physical Therapy office
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patients, answer phone calls
- Virtual front desk miscellaneous / ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have at least of 3 years of relevant experience
- Webcam access and presentable work location
- Must have a strong internet connection
- Good to Excellent English communication and written skills
- Must have a customer-oriented attitude
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Google Workspace
- A Plus: Experience working in a clinic or physical therapy office
