We are seeking a talented Full Stack Digital Marketer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end digital marketing strategies and possess a track record of successful campaign management across multiple digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to ensure a seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and adherence to best practices in web design and SEO.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
- SEO and SEM: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to company websites. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across major social platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both front-end and back-end strategies.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, with specific experience in LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and techniques.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
