AECOM is seeking a Project Manager, PMO & CI to be based in Manila, Philippines
This role is part of GBS Service Management, which provides bespoke Project Management, Change and Technology solutions to internal AECOM customers. This role is responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting the continuous improvement initiatives and project management from assessment to design and implementation of process and technology, ensuring that all projects are delivered using the approved approach/methodology and within the agreed scope, time, cost (if any) and quality. .
This role is tasked with project management responsibilities, including status reporting, project plan, risk management, key decision documentation, and management of interdependencies across workstreams. Strong focus on results and an eye for detail, combined with an emphasis on managing stakeholders across the organization to build credible and trusted relationships is needed.
You will be well-vested in AECOM methodologies and tools and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Drive the program agenda to ensure cross-functional teams are on track to deliver program timeline, expected benefits and intervene/escalate as necessary to address roadblocks
- Set timelines, deliverables, and agendas for critical milestones across multiple key workstreams in the program including Change Management, Communications, IT, Knowledge Management and the Function
- Leverage project management skills and expertise to successfully manage program and serve as a project management (AECOM standards and tools) subject matter expert
- Develop and implement integrated initiative specific work plans, reflecting more granular dependencies, milestones, deliverables and deployments. Makes decisions to identify critical risks/issues and implement mitigation plans that impact the overall timeline and economic delivery of the global program
- Consults with partners or stakeholders to clarify and define the project requirements and business case
- Facilitate weekly meetings with project teams and Leadership to review status and mitigate risks
- Develop status reports, presentations, and briefings that articulate the program vision and project status
- Creates and Delivers presentations to Leadership on Project goals and plans, including regular reports/updates
- Apply critical thinking and relevant methodologies to perform root cause analysis and drive action plans for resolutions and intended outcomes
- Perform strategic and data analysis to offer business insights for senior leadership in decision-making
