We currently have a new opening for an experienced Plumbing Modeler with advanced knowledge of Revit for MEP systems.
At Norhart, we function as a standard architectural and engineering firm, developer, and contractor, providing a great immersive design experience! As a Plumbing Modeler, you will be part of a team that designs, documents, and develops high-density multifamily buildings. The majority of your time will be dedicated to modeling Plumbing systems under the guidance of our engineers.
Responsibilities:
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize Revit cloud models to develop detailed and highly accurate Plumbing design documents for multi-family buildings, starting from schematic design and continuing through final construction documents, including shop drawings.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Civil, Structural, and construction trades through Revit BIM model exchange platforms.
- Generate coordination drawings for interference checking (clash detection).
- Participate in daily check-ins and online meetings during office hours in the US Central Time Zone.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience using Revit to design Plumbing systems, create a full set of construction documents, and produce shop drawings.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Experience working on US projects.
- Experience in modeling Mechanical and/or Fire Protection Systems is a plus.
