Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing and payment
- Most invoices go to the property managers and they upload into system, review, approve.
- Checking GL codes and reconciliation.
- able to actually issues payments as well via a check PDF.
- Communicating directly with the property managers and vendors regarding issues with an invoice or questions,
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to onsite in Makati
- Amenable working night shift
