Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Planning and implementing network infrastructure projects and technology initiatives based on the customer or business requirements
- Performing routine network optimization to ensure efficient data flow.
- Maintaining network configurations, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensure the reliability and security of network devices.
- Identifying issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner. Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party support partners to ensure smooth integration of client network systems.
- Providing pro-active guidance, mentorship, leadership example, and recommendations to junior team members.
- Proactively researching and locating necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop.
- Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required
- 1 to 2 years IT Network Engineer experience in a BPO setting or similar
- Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box, analytical regarding complex situations
- Amenable working onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
- Willing to work Night Shifts
