Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Handling a team of project coordinators and CSR (10-15 FTE)
- Managing US-based client effectively
- Managing own line of business effectively
- Coaching, training, mentoring CSR direct reports
- At least 6 months BPO experience as a Team Lead
- Able to articulate a clear vision and goals for the team, capable of making informed decisions promptly and knows how to delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
- Efficiently manages time and prioritize and sets clear, achievable goals for the team and individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
