Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Emailing and contacting vendor for invoices and statement copy
- Processing invoices via Stampli, checking if invoices are valid or not
- Monthly vendor and statement review
- Pharmacy GL coding
- Coaching and people development
- Extensive experience in Accounts Payable
- At least 6 months of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with accounting software/systems is preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Amenable working night shift
