Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboard aides in using client app tool
- Make outgoing calls to aides to follow up on their click in for the day
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Responds to SMS, communicates to aides via text
- At least 6 months BPO experience in a voice account
- Experience in recruitment/onboarding is a PLUS
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Attention to details is required
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
