We are looking for:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of your assigned clients/pod, from project initiation to execution and delivery.
- Team Leadership: A core part of your job will be to lead, manage, and hold the production team Accountable. You'll be a leader, providing guidance and support to a team of talented SEO specialists, paid ads specialists, copywriters, designers, developers, and social media specialists. You'll supervise, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment and ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.
- Project Management: You'll wear the project manager hat, ensuring all digital marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Wisevu standards. This involves developing project plans, tracking new and ongoing projects, managing resources/teams, and ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: You'll be tasked with identifying areas for improvement in the production process, identifying bottlenecks, eliminating wasteful activities, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generating insightful reports and presentations that track project performance, identify trends, and measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
- High follow-through, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new software tools.
- Proficient in using leading digital marketing platforms/software.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Proactive, with a strong initiative and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Highly Desired:
- Certification in Project Management like Scrum Master/ PMP.
- Experience in custom plugin development project management.
- Coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages.
- Experience with digital marketing best practices in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and web development).
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and client management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Work-timings
- Able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
- Weekends are also optional for additional income.
- Compensation: Competitive starting salary between $2500-$3500 CAD which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills, and experience.
