Position: Email Sales Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Salary Range: $1, 00 to $1,200 per month
Responsibilities:
- Selling whole sale food ingredient products to smoothie venues via cold email
- Create compelling email templates and persuasive content to engage potential clients
- Research and identify target customers based on specific criteria
- Crafting personalized emails to send to business owners (mostly smoothie cafes, restaurants or Food and Beverage companies)
- Send outbound sales emails to generate leads and create opportunities
- Responding to leads and setting up meetings with sales reps.
- Nurture leads through follow-up emails to build relationships and trust
- Coordinate with the sales team to track and monitor lead progress
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email sales techniques
Requirements:
- Previous experience in email sales or a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in email management/ creating emails.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Proven ability to write persuasive and engaging emails
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify target customers
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in email tools such as Gmail, Outlook, or similar platforms
- Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and management
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
