Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verifying and updating patient insurance information via Outbound calls and web portal
- General data entry
- Processing Authorization and Appeals
- At least 6 months healthcare BPO experience
- Experience in handling healthcare insurance (Authorization and Appeals)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG
- Amenable working night shift
