The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are implemented within luxury environments to create safe and secure spaces for both employees and guests. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and safety programs and protocols specifically tailored for luxury environments
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in luxury environments
- Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) highly preferred
