Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Calling members following up on unsettled payments or bills
- Updating information in the system regarding members
- Sending sales invoice via email to members regarding unsettled bills
- Processing payment through phone calls
Job Description
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months of work experience in collections, billing, or any related field.
- Must have email experience
- BPO experience is a PLUS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
