Reporting to the Store Accounting Manager, this ASSOCIATE role is to be part of the Finance organisation in IKEA Philippines supporting Store, and by that support the growth of IKEA businesses by ensuring accurate and timely work practices on: Store Sales and Accounts Receivable function.
Your assignment
- You ensure daily sales reconciliation are done accurately and in timely manner;
- You are task to input billing and assign account code and business dimension for each store billing and post into the accounting system in a timely and consistent manner;
- You are assign to liaise with customers/banks on collections related enquires and for any issues related to collections;
- You prepare manual request for card/ e-wallet refunds;
- You are assign to reconcile collections for banks and customers and perform monthly bank reconciliations;
- You are assign to generate customer aging report and follow up long outstanding receivables;
- You ensure reconciliation of monthly GL accounts and customer balance
- You assist Store Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly reports and audit schedules;
- You are task to do archiving of Accounting documents;
- You are assigned to other ad hoc tasks related to accounting and finance
